Burden of Corporate America
Once again I’m burdened with an aspect of corporate America that has plagued me since early in my career. No, not the lack of corporate 401k matching. No not the lack of corporate sponsored community events. No, not the glass ceiling if there is one here (not really trying to find out). No, none of these are the cause making my arse so tender….Alas it’s the coworker who thinks he’s funny but in far too clear-cut reality, he’s not. Not even giggly funny. More annoying. I’ve learned to not look at him directly when he passes my cube to avoid the comedic attempts but I still hear when others fall victim to his joke homicide. Ah well, what to do, what to do?? Tolerance is my only option I ’spose…….

Wow, I thought I was the only one annoyed by things people do at work. I have a person that sits on the other side of my cube that likes to release gas - OFTEN - and makes comments about it as well. The other kicker, it’s a female!
