I’m going to be a father, a pops, a daddy, a role model. I will be responsible for another human being. Feeding, housing, protecting. I’m going to be a daddy.

I must say that I’m still in shock. Don’t doubt that I’m happy because I’m ecstatic and relieved that we are able to have children. But still shock is pretty prevalent too.

I found out Friday night around 10:15 after arriving home after a two week business trip. ‘I’m late’, she said with a slight smile. I was overwhelmed, instantly antsy despite a long drive. I couldn’t stop moving. She went to the doctor this morning and found out she is 6 weeks along.
