I’m about 10 minutes from my annual review and I’m pretty nervous. I had a bad experience with annual reviews. I was laid off during my annual review with Radiant Systems (shady, straight shady). So now I go into each one thinking of what I will tell Lady X if the situation raises its ugly head once more.
