Ben Johnson Speaks — and that’s a bad idea
Ben Johnson, the former sprinter who was stripped of his 9.72 second gold medal in the ‘88 univer-Seoul Circus … uh Olympics has told an Australian newspaper that Carl Lewis set him up. Blah blah, the funny part of this is the victim toned statement:
“Number one, that day the drugs that they find in my system was not the drugs that I was using,” he said.
Followed by:
“I’m not denying at all that I was taking drugs but that’s the drugs that I was using that they claiming.
And we’re supposed to feel sorry for the guy…..cuz he was sabotaged…poor li’l fella….dumbass.
